Ok the log links are path to complete files you can zip and attach to here or in a suportcase or bug .
complete scanner.log and complete server.log Does it ever reports that it is finished when you start a scan is it aborted ? If not can you abort and run another clear and rescan everything ? Run without plugins ? add plugins one at the time ? If all else fail just nuke the whole cache folder .
