I just thought I'd put a plug in for getting this up on the Amazon marketplace.
I've used this app on my Xoom and love it - it works flawlessly with nice gapless playback of my FLACs. My wife to a Kindle Fire as a gift and I couldn't resist the challenge of getting it to work as a squeezebox controller and player. I managed to install it. Despite the fact that it kicks up an error popup stating that it cannot validate the license in the Andriod Marketplace (probably because it isn't connected to and and can't be), it operates. I just played a track for a minute - I don't know if the license issue will cause a timeout later on or something. But it does work. Given how these devices have been proliferating, it might be worth investigating what it would take to put this app up on the Amazon marketplace. If only the Fire worked as well as a reader as it does a squeezebox controller/player :-). -- maggior Rich --------- Setup: 2 SB3s, 4 Booms, 1 Duet, 1 Receiver, 1 Touch, iPeng on iPod Touch, SqueezeCommander on Xoom.
