I hate to keep repeating this, but: Did you move your Squeezebox to your local server (computer) from MySqueezebox.com? Do you see the red Spotify icon under "My Apps"?
Could you send me a screen shot of what you see in the list of music sources? Tap the name of your Squeezebox on the top right in iPeng to get the list, it looks like this: http://penguinlovesmusic.de/wp-content/gallery/ipeng4ipad/img_0113.png You can create screen shots on iPad by holding one button and then pressing the other one.
