i am not a lawyer so i'll skip wading through terms&conditions, but it seems odd that so many other hardware devices can....is Logitech or the SB Touch unique is some regard? I used the example of D-Link Boxee - they enabled it via a firmware update. The Boxee (video streaming player) is not so functionally different from an SB (audio streaming player). if the terms are so restrictive, why can a company like D-Link/Boxee do it and not Logitech?
