Thanks Mnyb for the quick reply. I don't have the FLAC versions of my high res file but can convert it to FLAC.
Will create a bug report & upload an sample file when I got home. My 24/176.4 and 24/192 AIFF are fine when I use another player (not the Touch), it even can be played it natively without further transcoding, however just love the SB3+iPeng solution more.
