The timing of the 6.2 release seems driven by the the SB3 rollout, so some issues were put into the 6.2.1 track. Seems a reasonable choice.
Still, the release is very solid, and is getting better all the time. An approach you might consider is to use the 6.2.1 nightly builds, and actively contribute to the beta forums when you find issues. I can assure you the developers are very keen to resolve issues quickly. Many times I've reported bugs with the software and have seen fixes on the same day. In fact just yesterday I found three or four issues, and all were resolved within 24 hours.
