don't know. post on the dbpa forums and maybe spoon has an estimate. I'd say it will take the same amount of time to restore as to backup (i.e., a long time!). But if you are in a restore situation I assume you'll be very happy to have the option. Particularly, because this likely means you lost your local data and you lost your local backup as well.
