On the BBC Radio main menu - First menu is "Live" last menu (after all local radio Radio York and Special Events menu ) is "Streams".
A few weeks ago, there were problems with BBC streams out side UK but I just tested and both formats (both live and Listen Again) seem to play OK for me.
