However using VLC to stream audio you will have a lag of at least 1 sec between video and audio from SB. You would get a shorter delay (e.g. 0.5 sec) using a WaveInput plugin but there may not be a version for your server. Because audio will travel though network and get buffered and hence have a delay compared to video and so movie will not be watchable unless you use a 3rd party player which can adjust audio/video timing. You would then need to delve into arcane settings and even then audio/video sync is a bit of pot luck.
