HTC One X or S - quite a few comments in Google Play re bad flickering issues on ICS
Yeah, it looks like it's yet another HTC issue (rather than a pure ICS issue). We've been there before. But they must have broken something else in their ICS build. Plus Android's browser implementation is dealing badly with the hires displays of recent devices :-(
