Dear amey01, I have exactly the same problem.
Hank Williams III is for example missing from the artists, though his albums appear and you can search for him. If you click on the links you can find a list of all albums that I have of his, but you cant find him on the artist folder, though his granddaddy (Hank Williams) is on the artist folder.
