You're using 2 LANs instead of a single one. I would check the wifi router/AP settings. Or perhaps you're using a "guest network", and your wifi devices are connected to this limited WLAN instead of the "real" LAN. In this case you should try connecting the devices to the right WLAN. (also make sure "wifi client isolation" -i.e. the per-device guest network security concept- stays disabled.)
