You can do this pretty much with any small form factor pc. You could slap together a small silent PC with rapsberry pi with digital audio out via USB sound for probably <$100. You could run linux and squeezeslave/squeezeplay on it and then you have a squeezebox with all the regular offline music capabilities. No screen, but you could run it to your TV and that should give you a nice big screen. Use an app on your phone for a remote though.
