Well, I will in the future think carefully about buying into an interdependent system again. But then, I've never had any of the SBs malfunction, and LMS seems pretty solid, so I think my Squeezebox collection will keep me going for a while yet - My SB3 has just been retired (it was bought at about the time Logitech bought Slimdevices, whenever that was) in favour of a Touch, though it's still working fine. Now it's a reserve SB.
