The parts that aren't open source can't be because the third parties that owns them doesn't allow Logitech to let anybody else redistribute them. The Logitech logotypes and other graphics is not redistributable but it's pretty obvious why Logitech doesn't want anybody else to redistribute software with a Logitech logotype or Logitech graphics.
