I bought my first SB3 Classic in August of 2007 (it says SlimDevices on the front), then picked up 2 "Logitech" SB3 Classics in 2008, and last week bought 2 touches from Amazon before they sold out. The classics work great, but I have noticed that the screen on my oldest classic is starting to dim after 5 years of being on 24 hours a day. I can still read the display but it is nowhere near as bright as one that I don't always have plugged in.
How long have you had your Squeezeboxes for? How long do you reckon they'll last before a chip burns up or it just stops powering on for no apparent reason? I'm hoping 10 years. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Agent Smith's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=29954 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96314 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
