Wow, the lowly ARM-CPU-powered empeg car stereo maintained playlists longer than 30k tracks easily, shuffling, reshuffling, changing track order, adding tracks, removing tracks, all without skipping a beat. There seems to be some serious inefficiency and possible underdevelopment with SB's playlist feature.
