For virtually all cloud music services it is overkill, and it matches CD quality, after that you in very diminishing marginal returns area. If you want high res then frankly buy into Naim or Linn solutions. Sonos outsold Logitech and they only have 16/44.1 capability. They real key is that music services virtually guarantee to write apple ios apps.
