If your TV is close enough to the PC you have running LMS, you might try running an audio cable between them and using the 'WaveInput plugin' (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?35718-Announce-Wave-Input-plugin-v1-00&highlight=waveinput+plugin). Whatever audio is on the TV will now be available to all connected SB devices though it may be a bit delayed.
If you want to hear the TV audio through your stereo, just run a cable from the TV audio out to an AUX input on your stereo.
