The other apps are third party apps, where most of the third party apps are better than Logitech's official app, more functionality, faster, ... I think "Squeeze Commander" and "Orange Squeeze" are the better ones among the third party controller apps. I don't have a Samsung Galaxy 10.1, so I don't know for sure which apps that works and which have issues.
