I'm having scanner problems with LMS 7.7.1, running on Windows Server 2008. I have 2 folders in my library: - M: drive - mapped to a share on a Netgear NV+ NAS device. Windows Explorer accesses this share without any problems - N: drive - mapped to a share on a Windows 7 PC. Windows Explorer accesses this share without any problems
When I do a "clear and rescan everythig" scan it completes in a couple of seconds and reports that it found no media. There are approx 80,000 mp3 on the above shares. The output from the scanner log is below. I've tried un-installing and re-installing LMS (twice). The first time I chose to retain settings, the second time I didn't. I don't want to move to a newer release as I found subsequent releases to be unstable (and slower) on my server. Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?
