I'm sorry, but we seem to have a problem with the international version of this build. Will try to get it corrected as soon as possible.
As a workaround, it helps to set your iPad to English. If you then open all the automatic help screens at least once (the ones under "Help->Quick Tutorials") you can then switch the iPad back to your native language as long as you don't open the Help screen. I'll try to get an update to the store ASAP but this being a weekend it's probably going to be at least Tuesday for that.
