I have been a Squeezepad user for a while, and also recently downloaded IPeng to compare. The browser capabality in IPeng that lets you start playing from the embedded browser is pretty nice, but I find the browser to be really slow - many seconds per page to navigate around (at least on my original iPad)
For Squeezepad, if I could just use the regular Safari browser, as long as I could copy a URL if I see it, then paste it into Squeezepad with the standard Play, Play Next, Add to End options. However, I can't find any such option. Am I missing it? It seems likely would be easy enough. Of course, some sort of embedded browser, especially if it worked like the exfm plugin for Chrome, where as you go to pages, you get a list of all links on the page and can add them to a playlist. In any case, it's the one thing so far that I'd love in Squeezepad. Besides that, still edges out IPeng so far in trying out both. --erik ------------------------------------------------------------------------ talvola's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19983 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=80553 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
