That depends on what you consider "well pricey". The Squeezebox Touch retailed around the £200 (UK) mark. The Onkyo can be got for £140.
If you already own an iDevice you can add around a tenner for iPeng and the playback, and you're there for £150 - £50 less than a Touch (was). Plus you have the benefits of Airplay, and the vastly superior (to the Squeezebox version) Spotify IOS app that can be streamed over Airplay.
