I have one SB3 that has stopped responding to IR remote. I guess that the IR sensor or associated interface has failed. Any ideas?
1) Its not the remote as I have tried it with other SB's and it works fine. Also tried other remotes to no effect. 2) Everything is fine via IPeng and web 3) Can't try a factory reset of the SB without the IR remote interface? I guess that I can live with it until I need to make a firmware change (unlikely to come from Logitech these days ;-) or change the IP addresses of that SB or the server. As far as I can glean from the forum these changes will always require an IR remote?
