I have a Squeezebox Duet (for 5 years). Just bought a Raspberry Pi and put all my music on the attached USB Ext Drive to the Pi. Configured RPi with samba to acces my music files.
My question is, can i use my squeezebox duet to connect directy to the RPi music share instead of running the Squeezebox Server on my Computer or the Raspberry Pi? I figure the Squeezebox Duet does not have the capabilites to do this.
