Looks like you're in a very similar position to me. I decided to take a leap of faith and order 2. One with a 1TB hard drive which will act as the server, another without. If they are as good as I hope, then I will sell my Squeezeboxes whilst there is still a healthy demand for them, and get a couple more Olives for upstairs. I'm hoping for a total outlay of between $500-600 for 4 " zones".
