The switch server mechanism is not supported by squeezeslave and I have
no plans for further enhancements to the code.  However, I am willing to
apply enhancements provided by others.

There is a newer software player called 'squeezelite'
(https://code.google.com/p/squeezelite/downloads/list) which supports
changing servers.
