I don't save any static playlists at all. I'm a very happy user of MusicIP through Spicefly Sugarcube, which perfectly covers "normal" listening. I've tried the new Smartmix plugin, but to me the results are a bit too "monotonous", in that Sugarcube isn't as strict in clinging to a specific genre. The additional function "Play this album" is sufficient for me if some particular track in the continuous mix catches my fancy. When I'm doing "serious" listening, I always pick specific albums and the "add to end"-function, mainly using my tablet, only very rarely the web interface, and I never touch the Touch ;) I've never even used the bundled remote, relying instead on my Harmony 525.
