Squeezeplug is a debian distro with a specialised menu setup for installing various pieces of software: eg. LMS, Squeezelite, Squeezeplay, Twonky, etc., as well as letting you setup the debian image with network, wifi, etc. You only need to install the software you want - so you can just select Squeezelite. You can simply Squeezelite on other Pi distros by downloading the binary - you do need some additonal files, which Squeezeplug provides. A good reason to simply use Squeezeplug! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ castalla's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15624 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98886 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
