iPeng can look "frozen" when it keeps trying to reconnect to the server. It tries to get the list of players from the server. This can, btw, take up to one minute after you enter the credentials (so after you enter them it can take that long until you see your players). You can speed it up by leaving the App and re-opening it (of course only after you've entered your account data and confirmed it).
