LMS is still being maintained by Logitech. Michael might be the last developer standing, but he is still actively working on LMS and long may it continue! LMS remains a key component to Community Squeeze, is working very well on the Wandboard, and there are no plans to replace it. With regard to mysb.com and "cloud" services, I suspect that 3rd party solutions will jump in to fill that gap if we all wake up one day to find mysb.com has bitten the dust. eg.
