Thanks for the file Tex. I was able to reset the SB3 (by holding the + sign of the remote on boot) and reset to default. SqueezeConfig then found the device and I was able to configure the new network architecture.
Despite having a broken display and a new network design I was able to bring a 'broken' device back on line.
