While I don't doubt that ghost entries exist (haven't had one, but anything's possible), to me it doesn't seem that this was the case here. IMO it was just "incorrect" use of the MusicIP plugin, as in: - Letting LMS get tag info from MusicIP, all you need is the "mixable" status, and if you use Spicefly Sugarcube you don't even need that - Not rescanning in MusicIP after changing tags, if for some reason you absolutely want to import tag info from MusicIP This just resulted in the incorrect tag being imported over and over again from MusicIP.
