Allister: Be sure the mac address on the bottom of the SB2 is the same one that is displayed on the sb2 screen in the settings section. A common problem I've run into and seen on the forum is interference from firewalls. Turn off the Windows firewall via the control panel and disable any other firewall you're using to see if thats the problem.
