Maybe. I mean I am running Orange Squeeze on KitKat but I'm not sure if the issues are related to KitKat, Orange Squeeze or my brief experiment with ART rather than Dalvik. Switched to ART and everything seemed fine until I tried to access music using Orange Squeeze and the app just froze- switched back to Dalvik and the problem remained. I didn't try accessing my music before trying ART so don't know for sure if that caused the problem.
