Thanks for the thorough reply, very informative and I'm sure there's lots of people out there still running Squeezeboxes but are unaware of what will happen when Logitech turn things off.
I'm currently running 7.7.3 is 7.8 being developed by Logitech or is it community based? Is it recommended I moved to 7.8 now or wait until things stop working?
