Do you know if there is any way of forcing the player to find a new firmware?
I have tried placing the files from here: http://update.slimdevices.com/update/firmware/7.8.0/ in the following locations without any luck: /var/lib/squeezeboxserver/cache/updates /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/Firmware Is there a config file somewhere that defines where the firmware is located? thanks Rob.
