If you use Custom Browse, Multi Library, Database Query or SQL Playlist plugins, these have configuration outside the preference folder, you will find the directory where it's stored in each plugin settings page. If you are using TrackStat, remember to have a TrackStat backup and remember that the path to the music files needs to be exactly the same for the restore to work.
