Guess it's the same as in Win7: Open the SB program folder (e.g. C:\Programs\Squeezebox\server) in Windows file explorer, right click the file squeezeboxcp.exe (the SB control panel executable) and select Properties. In the opened dialog click the tab Compatibility. At the bottom click the button to change settings for all users, which opens that tab in another dialog (after admin confirmation) where you can select the check box to run the program as administrator.
