I don't know if it is the same, but something similar happens since I have done an upgrade to the last SQueezeBox (SQLITE vs MySQL) I suppose, this is also linked when I do a LIBRARY RESCAN (programmed at +/- 2h00) then I see empty FOLDER in SC. As a workaround, I do the following in SC : Swap right to display the server and the list of music player => Go in "Analyze" => search for added songs. It takes only a few minutes and after everything work fine again.
