Well, I'm right handed, and kind of born with two left hands. ;) I suck at soldering things, and lose patience quickly, so I'd prefer something either really simple to build (crafting a jack cable with a couple components should be okay) or ready to use.
Thank you anyway! :) Now, if DIY is your thing, could you tell me if I am right thinking that a typical IR receiver uses a three pins layout (power, ground, signal) and that if the Transporter only features a mono jack connection, it would probably only take care of the signal and ground pins? Unless the signal pin could also carry power?
