Right click LMS icon in System Tray, select Control Panel

You have some unique issue on your network and/or the LMS host server. 
Likely something on your WHS is blocking LMS or is using ports LMS needs
to function.  LMS Diagnostics is your best place to start looking for
such issues.

What if you just reboot LMS itself?  That clear the issue?  Anti-virus
or firewall update lately?
