Ok, right clicked the tooltray icon and stopped LMS.

Then exited the tool tray icon, and pressed the windows key and searched
for "logitech", right clicked the LMS and selected "Run as
Administrator".

When the control panel opened, it started the LMS automatically.

Here's what was in diagnostics after the LMS restart:

Logitech Media server

  Port 3483 (slimproto):        OK
  Port 9000 (HTTP):             OK
  Port 9010 (CLI):              OK

mysqueezebox.com
  Server IP-address:            79.125.18.68
  Ping:                         OK
  Port 3483 (slimproto):        OK
  Port 9000 (HTTP):             OK

The squeezeboxes still didn't show up in LMS.

No, not yet.

Only feasible for the radio, because the battery on the duet remote is
dead for the nth time (and besides I think the duet remote needs a
working relationship with an LMS to function...?).

I have tried rebooting them both multiple times, I see them get DHCP
leases, and I can ping them.

I will try connecting the radio to LMS now.
