I have seen a similar comment on the Logitech forum. In that case it wasn't about a new account but only about a newly added service. Could that be that issue again where LMS didn't retrieve the menu from MySB?
Yes, please check your server.log file. Probably enable debugging for network.squeezenetwork (though total failure to reach it would be logged anyway).
