Another option is a Zettaly Avy. It,s a boom style box with speakers with a touch screen between hat runs android. I just bought on and like it very much. They cost $200 on Amazon now, but a couple of weeks ago they were running a deal for $135. You can load Squeezeplayer to get the boom functions, and also add any other app for the google play store. There are some that are not compatible (notably Tunein), but rad.io, spotify, google music all work fine.
