fwiw - The SB3 has a giant silver metal bar on the bottom. That changes the unit from being unobtrusive and neutral like the low profile of the black SliMP3/SB/SB2 to being something that stands out visably in a room. Its visible face surface is larger and the metal stands out. Sometimes the simple black slimp3/sb/sb2 case design is desirable...
