Many of the npr now shows are also available via podcasts. Google name
of show combined with podcast and rss. You'll find the url for the RSS
feed. Then add this to the podcast app at mysb.com. Then the latest
podcasts will show up automatically. In some cases you are one day
behind, but for many of these shows that doesn't matter.
