I just got this to work and am listening to it now. This is fantastic!! Let me know what kind of testing you would like me to do. I am running LMS 7.9 on Windows 8.1 to a Chromecast Audio. I also have an original Chromecast as well that I can test. This makes me really happy as now it will be trivial to have my music wherever I want. I'd love to buy you a beer if you are ever in LA.
For what it's worth, I added your repo but the plugin never showed up on my plugins page. I ran the executable in standalone mode per your instruction and got it working that way. Thanks again and let me know what kind of testing needs to be done.
