Hi all, having considered all your excellent advice I decided to go the Max2Play route and I'm stunned with the result - the sound is ( and I hate to say it ) as good or better than my TP - ok it doesn't look very nice but I don't really care about that - incredible little DAC and very capable Pi 2b. Thanks for all your help
